Videos related to my art are published at Vimeo.
See this series of videos that I produced incorporating my artwork set to music. Enjoy…
This first video uses effects to highlight the fiber art on display at the Page Walker House in Cary for June and July 2017!
This movie includes shots of my first Ebru Art Activities…Series 1. These works are created using unusual paints and hydro printing medium from the Czech Republic.
The following movie is a brief “breeze” through sample silk swatches I marblelized at Penland School of Crafts.
This movie shows you shawls or scarves I made in the past year on my loom. The are made from either baby alpaca wool or mohair. Usually the wool or cotton was hand-dyed.
This next movie shows you what my 40 inch loom is like and you can see me working on a black and white shawl using a twill pattern.
This next brief movie uses digital effects to showcase Fused Glass made by Trudy Thomson.
The following movie uses gentle digital effects to showcase different examples of shibori scarves hand-crafted by Trudy Thomson. This was also produced by Trudy Thomson.
The next movie was made by doing digitized zooms on images I created by multiplying (and folding so to speak) many parts of my fused glass art. I have reproduced these images on notecards.
This last piece shows close ups of my fused glass I multiplied many times to create images, then used digital effects to showcase as a movie. I have reproduced these images on notecards.
Here is a video of this year’s spring line of my scarves…
Here is a video I made when Ed went with me to Penland and took a Japanese Handtool Woodworking class…
If you are interested I created movies like these for many artists. You can see other examples at my vimeo site.
